- $ deposit, refundable as long as the room is returned in the same condition as it was given
- Room will be furnished , mattress and desk (optional)

- Contract of at least 3 months then month to month
- Will have access to kitchen, washer, dryer, backyard and parking
- Bathroom will be shared with 2 people
- Must be someone clean and responsible
- Must have proof of income
