Hello,

We are a family of -year-old twins, two dogs, and a cat) who need a responsible adult in the home.

My husband recently passed away, and I have an unpredictable work schedule. I would gladly trade a lovely, safe, quiet room to a student for occasional childcare, putting pets out, etc.

During the summers, holidays, and inclement weather days, I would pay live-in nanny rates (negotiable). My kids are lovely, polite, responsible, and reasonably independent. They are at an age when they are too old for daycare and cannot be home alone for long periods.

Our home is in Old Leawood, and we have a bright, updated walk-out basement suite with a separate entrance. There is a bathroom, kitchen area, and laundry. We do use the basement when we have other guests, as there are two bedrooms there, and when we do laundry. The room itself is lovely and updated and includes a large closet.

I hope we find someone who would benefit from this and provide some extra support to my family.
