Great location in Bryn Mawr neighborhood, near the southern tip of Lake Washington, convenient to Seattle and Renton. 1 basement bedroom available December 1st. You will be sharing the house with the husband and wife owners (living on the top floor), 1 other roommate in the basement and 2 roommates on the main floor. This is a fun and quirky house (but not a "party house") - everybody gets along well. We are multi-cultural, age range 's, a mix of men and women. Nice big shared kitchen, shared bathrooms (1 on each floor), wood-burning fireplace, breakfast nook, dining room, outdoor BBQ and picnic table. We have a big vegetable garden in the yard and 7 chickens (fresh eggs!). Rec room has a large screen TV to share. Plenty of parking spaces. Washer and Dryer in the house. Rent advertised does NOT include utilities (add flat rate $), which pays for ALL of the following: Heat, Light, Water, Sewer, Garbage, Cable, Internet, Newspaper, Housekeeper (monthly). Month-to-Month okay (2 month minimum). Background check required ($ non-refundable), First/Last/Deposit required to move in, no smoking, no pets, no drama, clean up after yourself, respect reasonable quiet hours.
