Sublease /Lease Takeover Available!

Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to either take over my lease or sublease to come January. Unit is a bath, located on W. Daniels Street, just across the street from the University of Cincinnati campus. Rent is $ a month, water/trash included, and power/gas is run out of Duke Electric (about $ a month for me). Washer and dryer in the basement. Willing to sell furniture as well for a (heavy) discount if you choose to take over the lease and if the place will be furnished if you choose to sublease.
