This lovely bath house has a huge front porch, back porch, and yard. You will have the larger upstairs bedroom to yourself. The upstairs includes two bedrooms, laundry, and a bathroom with a large vanity, two sinks, and a deep soaker shower tub. There are two cute nooks where you can store your things or set up a desk or cozy reading area. The house is fully furnished downstairs with a large sectional, and open floor plan. You are welcome to use anything of mine that you need. The location is excellent, only 5 minutes to the Biltmore Village and 8 minutes to downtown Asheville!

I am a -year-old student at UNCA studying psychology and serving in a fine-dining restaurant on the weekends. You would be sharing the upstairs bathroom with my sweet roommate. She is a pre-med student currently working at a rural health facility. She loves crafts, painting, sports, outdoor activities, baking, going for walks, etc. We keep a clean, peaceful living space and are looking for someone who aligns with that. I have 3 sweet cats, Sunny, Juniper, and Boo who are very friendly, clean, and mostly stay downstairs. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, painting, crafts, crocheting, hiking, swimming, and relaxing with a good book or movie. I appreciate open communication and would like someone who is the same. We would love someone who would enjoy hanging out sometimes, but we will always respect your privacy and space. :)
