I am needing someone to take over my lease ASAP! Its fully furnished, has a in unit washer and dryer, and full kitchen! There is also a balcony as well. The first picture shows the layout of the apartment my room is the one on the right! There is one other girl living there so, it needs to be a girl to take over my room. Rent is $/month with the option to add covered parking ($/month). All utilities are covered except for electric (around $/month). The apartment is walking distance from the school and on Dickson. Each unit has their own wifi as well.
