West campus 1B sublease!

Hello All! I am a PhD student in chemical engineering at UT.
I am subleasing my 1 bedroom apartment at Signature (west campus) as my office is further from west campus and would like to be closer to it next semester. It is a 5 min walk from campus, fully furnished (TV included), with in unit washer/dryer. The apartment complex also has a rooftop pool, gym, study areas, pool table... I am looking to sublease it from mid december/ early january to july st (when my lease ends). $/month parking included (can negotiate). Bills are usually around $ per month. It is on the second floor, which is super convenient since the wait for the elevators is long, and like this you can just take the stairs! me at if interested!!
