New home, empty 2nd floor

Rent includes all bills paid. Just got a new home with an empty upper floor.

If you would like I may do a partial furnish with a bed and dresser. I know some have their own preferences so I'll leave it up to you.

Furnishing is underway still so the loft is pretty barebones. 2 available rooms, 1 has an en-suite bathroom; the other has a hallway bathroom.

There is a small office cubby for any work-from-home needs.

2-garage slots are taken so first tenant who applies gets the last one.

I'm an IT contractor on Schriever Space Force base that moved to Colorado in April. My other tenant is my best friend from highschool who is also in IT and will be work from home, but is roomed in the basement.


No drugs or large animals. I have 2 kittens and a govt job so that's a hardline.
