Subleasing an apartment/room

I am moving and my roommate and I are looking to sublease our apartment or my bedroom around January- February until the end of the lease which is end of June with option to renew! I live in a bath apartment in the loop located at S La Salle St, Chicago, IL. There is an in unit washer and dryer, A/C, and a dishwasher. Additionally, all appliances are modern and updated. The apartment complex offers amenities including a pool, gym, half a basketball court, a movie theater room, and more! Rent is $ a month per roommate, and with utilities, it comes out to about $.
