Neighborhood has a park, pool, tennis court & free parking (no need to guest list). Close to freeway & many shopping centers.
You will have your own bedroom & share your bathroom with my & y/o daughter during the week (she is gone weekends) and I clean your bathroom weekly!
Shared kitchen and common areas including a backyard and atrium.
House and kitchen are fully furnished. Washer &
Dryer as well
Overnight guests
allowed as long as they do not disturb my daughter or exceed 4 times per week.
Will consider a small pet if you currently have one
