Renting a private master bd in Jan

Looking for a responsible, easygoing roommate to move into my 2 master bd/br townhome in Mesa, near the Tempe border. The room is private and on the first floor. Water, trash, electricity, and wifi are all included. The home is furnished but the room is not, please bring your things. There is also a washer and dryer in the home. You will have your own covered parking spot. These and the utilities are already included in the rent price The neighborhood is quiet and area has easy freeway access to get anywhere you need to go quickly, such as ASU, which is about minutes away. There are several pools, parks, dog parks, and hot tubs provided by the HOA that will have access to. You will also have access to all the shared spaces such as the kitchen, den, living, and dining rooms. There is storage in the backyard as well and under the stairs should they need to be used. I’m preferably looking for someone who has a steady job or is a student, who is clean, considerate, kind, queer/an LGBT ally, and willing to communicate if any questions or issues arise. The lease can be month to month, months, or months depending on what you would like to do or what your situation is. I’m very flexible and easygoing, and I work most weekdays so I am home mainly nights and weekends. On my days off I enjoy binging Netflix, playing video games, or going out with friends. Whether you’re into socializing or need your own space to recharge, I am respectful of everyone’s needs and boundaries. I mostly keep to myself unless you are interested in becoming friends. I’m always happy to laugh and share a meal if it feels right for you. The room will not be ready for move-in until January , but please feel free to reach out in advance so we can set something up before then.
