Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to sublet my bedroom for the second half of my lease (January - August).

It is a very spacious bedroom with a walk in closet, private bathroom, and a small kitchen with its own sink. The house is located off Robert’s road and is less than 5 minutes away from GMU’s Fairfax campus. The house is occupied by three other male students from Mason.

Base rent is $ excluding utilities and lawn care is provided.

The home includes everything you would expect such as
- washer/dryer unit
- 2 full size refrigerators
- Very spacious backyard
- kitchen with microwave, electric stovetop, oven
- automatic door lock with password
- trash service
