We're seeking a new housemate to join our home in Golden as soon as possible! The room is available now and needs to be filled by January 1st.

Property Overview: This is a private bedroom with a spacious unused basement area and a private bathroom is in a safe, clean home. Rent is $ plus utilities. The beautiful kitchen and two living areas are fully furnished, but there's room in the basement (see photo 3) for personal furniture if desired. Our house is perfectly situated near the new Clear Creek Crossing development and shopping area, a short drive from Mines campus, with easy access to I-, and just minutes from downtown Denver!

The three current residents are all female students, who would love to meet you before you move in!
