Nestled in a quite (for Allston) neighborhood. Located within walking distance of groceries, public transit, and delightful little parks. The house itself has a generous living room common space, decent sized kitchen, front yard and back patio with fire place.

Washer and dryer are found in a large basement with plenty of room for storage. There is a countertop dishwasher for small loads, central heating and air.

The room itself is ~one hundred sqft and currently has a bed, mattress and dresser for you to use, if desired. Been functioning as a guest room & home gym

About Us:

It’s not just the place, it’s also the people too! Three roommates and a cat, woman. All mid twenties (well, except for the cat). Two of us work normal shifts, the other is on a varied schedule. We're generally clean, fairly personable and friendly. All of us are responsible and capable adults.

Normally fairly quiet although things can get excited when we have friends over.
