Description

I'm offering a cozy room for rent in my home, located in city of Maricopa in Pinal County
. The room is available for $/month, with utilities included (except for electricity). To secure the room, I require $ (first and last month's rent) and a lease agreement for months.

Please note:

- I have three dogs and a hedgehog, so I'm not open to additional pets.
- The room is available to WOMEN only, no couples, or men.
- A background check is required, and I cannot accept applicants with a criminal record.
- Smoking (including weed), and vaping outside only.
- You'll have private use of the extra bathroom, except when guests visit.
- Driveway parking is available.
