2 bedrooms available in a 3 bed, 2.5 home in Spring Valley. There is a washer and dryer, nice back yard, and community pool. The home is located across from a park and has easy access to the 94 an 125.

I have a dog and a cat, and I would be happy to have another dog in the home, but my cat is a bit too sensitive to have another cat in the house.

I work in biotech and am away from the house Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Outside of work I like to hike, paddle board, garden, and I participate in a few groups like choir and a volunteer gardening club. Sometimes my dog comes to work with me, and some days she stays at home.
