It would be room A which is closest to the kitchen
The current occupier is very sweet and clean, and expects the same
Rent is plus utilities that are split between you and the other roommate. (Typically around $).
Amenities include a study room with computers and a printer, pool, gym and a lounge area.
If you can move in by December I’ll give you my memory foam topper for the bed for free- seriously, get me out of Gainesville.
Ideally would like someone who is:

•Very cleanly in common areas
