Our beautiful home's lower level was recently renovated. We tried to think of everything from double insulation in the ceiling (as this is the lower level of our retirement home) blackout curtains, individually controlled temp in each room, noise machines, fans, bedside lamps with chargers, comfy chairs and tables in rooms, extra blankets and throws, inch smart TV's in each room and living room , Starlink Internet, washer/dryer, full kitchen, covered furnished patio. We do live above the unit and lease to a couple or single family. Max occupancy 5.
