Looking for roommate now

Description

I live in a bathroom house with one room now open and ready for rent. House is furnished besides the open room. The price doesn't include utilities, but they average to about depending on the month. Pretty nice and modern house, and I'm in my second year renting it. The room shown is a good size and the bathroom pictured is shared with one person. The TV can be taken out of room if you'd like but the previous roommate left it behind.
