A room at Lumina Building

We have a room in a 2-bedroom apartment at the Lumina building (Main St., Rincon Hill, San Francisco) becoming available in March next year. Fantastic amenities with indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and theater for around-the-clock access. Me (M) and my partner (M) are both startup founders, and we live in the master bedroom. Our roommate is moving to New York, so we are looking for a new tenant! Any gender is welcome. The apartment has two bed and bath (you have your own bathroom and external storage closet), and the whole apartment is ~fifteen hundred square feet, with your bedroom (excluding bathroom and external storage closet) being around two fifty square feet. The lease is 1 year long and then month-to-month. Your room can come furnished (buy the furniture from the current tenant with discounts ;) or unfurnished.
