There is a shared shower room for the two, a kitchen, family room with large flat screen and Roku. Deck, back and front yards. Laundry. The back yard and its wooden gazebo need work if you like gardening!

I work from home and don’t party.

The house was bought two years ago. No pets no kids. I am very quiet and so is the cul de sac the house is on.

There is a large garage, off road parking, air conditioning, heat. Storage space above the garage.

You will need a bed, although there is a sofa bed if you want. There are two armoires, desk, large windows.
