Must be LGBT+-friendly. 1 block from park, large grocery store, gym, and outdoor pool. Option to garden in backyard.
We are looking for someone who is respectful of people and spaces. We are generally introverted, and it is a good space for someone who is looking for privacy and space along with some socialization with housemates. Cleanliness in the kitchen is really important to us; otherwise we are pretty laid back.
