Chill Golden Girls type environment

Hi! I'm Michelle. I'm in search of one or more women to rent space in my quiet home. I am laid back, a homebody, pretty un-serious, and seek out friends who approach life in a peaceful and empathetic manner. I am cannabis friendly and have one small dog, two cats, and a rabbit.

I own a three-bedroom ranch in a peaceful, low-traffic neighborhood. My goal is to find housemates in favor of creating a supportive, fair system so the weight of adulthood and homeownership won't feel so heavy.

I live within walking distance of a market and mail is received via PO box.

Ideally, I'd love a Golden Girls type vibe where home is a supportive, safe, calm and fun place to be, with private areas to retreat to if needed.

I am open to short-term stays and if the situation is beneficial for all of us, long-term. Please note I am not romantically motivated and prefer the idea of platonic, consistent people to spend my time with and build trust in.

I am a former medical professional who left the field after a bad work experience. I am currently doing delivery work, but I'm not earning the way I used to.

I am requesting a monthly cost per individual but can be flexible. This includes heat, internet, electricity, all but food and your own transportation/goodies

If you are a great fit, I am willing to reduce rent in exchange for assistance with projects and random tasks.

My place has SO much potential! You'd be welcome to use the half acre of land for gardening or other hobbies. I have a large back deck. I'd love to make upgrades and utilize all this home has to offer.

respectful to animals and people, calm, engage in a mutual respect of privacy, willing to contribute to a well-functioning and happy home

My ideal roomie(s) would NOT be: aggressive personalities, social butterflies with constant visitors, doesn't like/allergic to animals, anti-cannabis, heavy drinkers or cig smokers, someone who needs an impeccable, highly-organized minimalist home
