Private room for rent

Hi! I am looking for someone to sublease my room from January
as I am graduating in December!

I live with 3 other girls, so I am looking for another girl to take over my lease! They are super friendly, outgoing, and easy to talk to. We do have a dog and a cat in the apartment (the cat stays in my roommate’s room and rarely comes out) so you would have to be okay being around animals! My room is private, fully furnished, and has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. We are also downtown Clemson and about a 5 minute walk from campus so it’s super convenient to walk to class! There is a pool, gym, lounge area, study rooms, and our unit comes with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stove! Message me if you are interested! Have a great day!
