I am going on exchange for the upcoming semester and looking for a sublet.

• Located second walk from ARC (gym) and right next to campus.

• 5 minute walk to metro and bars in town.

• Dishwasher, Air Conditioning/Heating, Laundry in house.

• Furnished with Bed, Desk, Chair, Nightstand, Mini Fridge, Dresser.

• Rent is $ per month.

• Utilities not included approximately $ per month.

• All male house ( bath)

• Two other rooms available if looking to sublet with a friend (they are also going on exchange).
