This is a large ground floor 2 bathroom, 3 bedroom house in a beautiful rural part of Ellenville that would be shared with my husband and I. My husband has a disability and there may be , optional opportunity to help with his care and offer payment for that through an agency

The bedroom you would have is Square feet with a 4 foot wide closet and an extra closet and some limited storage in the basement for a single adult

The main full bathroom is in the hallway which would be primarily used by you.
You would be able to keep all your personal items in the nice closet in that bathroom. (we have a bathroom in our bedroom). Washer and dryer in basement you can use
