Big furnished apartment

Hey, I'm Ernesto, I work from home (as a 3D video game artist), and I'm on the hunt for a chill roommate to share my spacious apartment with.

There's a huge kitchen/living room/dining room, a solarium which doubles as a home gym, beautiful backyard on a quiet alley (where you could park a car in the winter), washer dryer in our basement and lots and lots of storage space. And of course, a big bedroom, closet, and bookcase which will be your own. The apartment is fully furnished, so moving in will be quick and easy, which is ideal as I'm looking for a roommate asap.

Location is great, less than a -minute walk to Fabre metro (blue line), the passes right in front which connects to the green line, or a minute walk takes you to Beaubien metro (orange line). It's also a great location if you like to bike instead.

Ideally, I'd like to live with someone between the ages of , who's is decently organized and likes to enjoy time out as much as inside. Our landlord (who's really nice and responsive) will ask for a credit check and lease signing, but it should be easy as long as you have a steady income.
