I'm a man in my late s, looking for a roommate situation. I’m a clean and quiet individual who values privacy and respects others' space. I work throughout the week and am gone during the day, so you'll have plenty of quiet time. I’m usually home on weekends unless I'm visiting family.

I have two adorable cats who are well taken care of and can stay in the room I rent unless otherwise agreed upon. The smell of cats won’t be an issue due to my high maintenance cleaning routine. I'm friendly and appreciate a similar vibe, but I’m always respectful of boundaries.

The current roommate situation isn't working out because my roommate isn't his share of the rent. Finding a new place has been quite stressful, especially with the thought of having to part with my beloved pets.
