Room in North/Central Modesto

Hello everyone, I have a sqft room open to rent ASAP. The rent is $ and deposit is $. The room has been freshly painted and will have brand new laminate flooring. There is a bathroom that will be shared with one other person when I am able to fill the second room. I am looking for a FEMALE renter, to live with 2 other females; myself, , and another renter yet to be determined. I have a mostly quiet household, and am hoping to find someone looking for the same type of environment. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac in North/Central Modesto off Briggsmore and in between Carver/Tully. Included are utilities, WiFi, and laundry is on . There is parking available on the street. I am not looking for any children, significant others, or more pets to move in. I have an elderly year old cat, and she is not welcoming of new animals. She does love new people though! Smoking is outside, and I am most definitely friendly.
