Nice room with private bathroom

Hello I have rented this bath single family residence but have gotten tired of $ on my own so I am looking for a roommate now that’s interested in a month to month agreement for a private room and bath with large walk in closet for $ all utilities included with a $ deposit. The most important thing to me is that you are stable, responsible, respectful, easy going and CLEAN. I clean the house once a week and need to have an organized home to be comfortable, I think you would appreciate this too. I have the entire house furnished so hopefully you only need to furnish your bedroom. Backyard is large and we have a driveway. The house is on a property with 2 similar sized homes on it that are NOT wall to wall, we are in the back house. I have 2 friendly cats here so hopefully you like kitties! I can consider 1 cat or maybe a small dog but nothing more please as landlord only knows about 1 cat realistically haha. I am years old, I run a car detailing business and work in the solar industry. I am not home very often as I am out working a lot, working out or at the boxing gym, and every 2 months I travel out the country for days at a time. Hopefully you share similar interests or lifestyle as myself. I just want someone easy going, I don’t have a preference between male or female as I have lived with both and have had good experiences with either one. Hopefully we can be somewhat friends and not just complete strangers. Please be responsible and have good credit. Reminder, this is month to month here in Chula Vista off the east palomar exit on the or close to Orange Ave exit. Looking for a good roommate to fill the spot! Please be years old, no couples or people with kids please! Neighborhood is calm and quiet, more family oriented, plenty of parking around and we have a driveway if you ever need it!
In unit washer and dryer I have purchased myself of course you are welcome to use it. House is nice and a new construction build, I am barely the second tenant for it
