Bedroom Available Nov th

Description

One of our roommates is moving out at the end of our lease that ends on so we’re looking for a roommate to fill his room and sign a new 1-year lease with us. The room will be available on November th since the roommate is leaving early. The room is in a large 3 bed flex, 2 bath in a luxury doorman building with amenities - hr doorman, gym, elevators, roof deck, clubhouse, outside gardens and 2 laundry rooms. We have a full size kitchen, a good size living room and all the rooms have a/c that heat and cool. You’d be sharing a restroom with one roommate. The other roommate has the master bedroom with his own restroom. I have the flex room. The flex room has a real wall so it’s an actual room. The building is Ivy Tower and is in Midtown Manhattan on rd St between th avenue. Pictures include the common areas, your room, and the bathroom you’ll be sharing. Room will be unfurnished.

The lease will have to be signed by November th and the room will be available for move-in on November th but the lease will start December 1st.

Your portion of the rent would be $. One month security deposit and 1st months rent is due at lease signing. The building requires that each tenant make at least x their portion of the monthly rent. Proof of income and employment will be needed by the building.

About the roommates:
- We’re both chill y/o guys and work in finance.
- One is from SoCal and the other from Australia.
- We’re friends and hoping to bring someone in who’s down to be apart of the friend group.
- We drink and smoke weed.
- We care about keeping the apt clean so looking for someone who cares too.
