My roommate is currently in the process of moving out and I need someone to sublease. This bath apartment is close to the college campus and a quick walk from the soccer fields. The apartment has central air, a parking lot, storage in the basement, and a washing unit in the basement. It is however not pet friendly unless you have an esa or service animal (fish tanks are fine as long as they are a reasonable size). The total rent is however when split in half is about . I am a quiet person who prefers to stay in my room and would like to find someone who is quiet and LGBT friendly but as long as you are not rude or excessively noisy then that's fine. I will be taking better photos later once my roommate finally gets all their things out of the apartment. It should be available to move in on the first week of November.
