Hi, I am looking for a female sublet for a private bedroom in a second-level 5-bedroom duplex, available DECEMBER/JANUARY . Rent is $ a month with water included. Heating/cooling, electricity, and internet are separate ($ per month). House is located in Dinkytown right next to Marcy Park.
The bedroom is unfurnished and has a closet w/shelving, and a big window looking out onto Marcy Park, with lots of sunlight. There is an in-unit washer/dryer and in-unit adjustable heating/cooling. The house is right next to the #2 bus stop and approximately a -minute walk from campus.
