Room available in Mt. Baker!

Hi everyone!

I am looking for someone to take over my lease from November-February, with the potential to sign on for a one year lease afterwards.

Duplex is in a beautiful location in Mt. Baker, Seattle. Super safe neighborhood, amazing views of downtown, plenty of easy street parking. Within walking distance to several cute coffee shops/restaurants, and just a few minutes drive to Capitol Hill, downtown, and Columbia City. Light rail station is just half a mile away and is also close to multiple bus stops.

My current roommate will be the one you'd be sharing the unit with, she is , works Sun-Thurs in an office, and is super laid back and easy going. She is looking to live with another female, around the age of , and is open to living with cats and/or dogs.

Rent is $ per person, wifi is $ per person, and gas/electricity bills tend to be around $ per person a month. Bathroom is shared, laundry is located in the basement (has lots of storage space) downstairs and is coin-operated.

I've lived in this unit for 7 years and loved it, it's such a gem of a place. The house has a lot of charm and it's been a wonderful place to live.

**Please note: The landlord requires tenants to have a credit score of or above and must have 2 references from current or previous housing providers.
