The location is safe, and there’s a bus stop right outside the building with free unlimited rides for students, directly reaching various campus gates. Trader Joe’s is just a 5-minute walk away.

• Equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, oven, and microwave.
• Utilities (water, electricity, garbage, internet) are not included in the rent.
• Packages are securely placed in the mailroom with camera surveillance, and I haven’t had any issues with missing deliveries.
• Secure building with keycard access.
