GIRLS ONLY room sublet Nov-April

SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. Please read all the info before asking questions! Rent is +wifi (which is usually around $/per month). I am hoping to rent it out ASAP or before the start of November.

I am subletting my room until the end of April! It’s a house with 5 other women, 3 rooms downstairs and 3 rooms upstairs. This room is in the upstairs unit, each floor has their own full kitchen, living room and bathroom. There is a coin laundry machine in the basement that costs 1$ per load. There is unfortunately no heat in this room, but there is a space heater that works well! Roommates are all super sweet, they are all Christian as well and many attend the church on campus. They do host a couple small groups during week so keep that in mind.

House is located in front of the Mcmaster hospital, right off of Main st! Great location for Mac students or people working at the hospital. I will be posting more photos and videos of the house but this is what I have as of now.
