Seeking creative/young professional

Description

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over the master bedroom and bathroom in my apartment in downtown Denver. You would have your own huge room with a large walk-in closet and double sink bathroom attached. The apartment has new appliances, granite counter tops and stone floors. The living room is fully furnished, and we have a new washer / dryer on . There is also a spare bedroom that does not serve any function besides being a space to practice yoga currently. \

There is parking in the downstairs garage and street parking all around the building. We have a roof top with a cabana and a balcony.

I am , I grew up in the military so I am from all over the place but claim to be from Virginia because that is where I went to high school and college. I work days in office and occasionally work from home. I work in development doing fundraising and volunteer coordinating for a nonprofit. I have two cats, both love people, and am friendly. I love to cook, seeing live music and often take a weekend to travel. I have lively friends who often will come over to have dinner or sit on the roof and build legos.
I am clean but not freak clean and understand life happens. I'm looking for anyone that is relaxed, career focused and open minded.
