Sublease Available: A room available in Rio Homes for Rent November and the lease ends July . (If they did not want to resign). A Downstairs master bedroom and bath for $ a month plus utilities. The parking pass is $ and is good until August . (There is a security deposit of $ and you will get it back at the end of the lease) it is a four bedroom 3 bathroom town house with three roommates that all occupy the upstairs rooms and attend NAU. I have attached a floor plan. It is unfurnished but am willing to discuss leaving a queen bed and dressers behind! If you have any questions or would like some more pictures please let me know! Looking to get it taken over as soon as possible!
