Quite space in greenspring area

Description

I am looking for someone who is likeminded and able to help me with household chores. I am an active young professional recently involved in a sports accident that has caused a spinal cord injury. I am currently disable and use a wheelchair to get around. I am okay with a dog or cat as long as they are well trained and will not damage furniture and the house.

Ideally looking for a 6 months lease. Prefer someone who likes to keep the space clean and organized. Someone who will not mind doing some yard work and happily take part in chores around the house. I am listing at reduce rent considering the roommate will provide couple of hours of help around the house every week.
