Hi! Listing this on behalf on my boyfriend as he doesn’t have . My boyfriend, Ryan, is looking for someone to take over his portion of the lease. He lives in a bath townhome with two other guys in their late s. One roommate has the cutest golden retriever of all time, very well behaved and loves to play and cuddle. No other pets& no couples please. Rent is $ for room, water and trash, other utilities average $ per month. His bedroom is on the second floor and shares a bathroom with one roommate. The house is big and spacious with a massive backyard and two car garage. Washer/dryer in unit too! Located in La Costa/Carlsbad area in a nice safe neighborhood with lots of street parking. Near Vons and Hour Fitness La Costa. The other two roommates are very laidback and respectful, and looking for someone similar. Looking to fill the room by December 1st (open to earlier or later).
