Description

This is a for a furnished room in a quiet well maintained SW neighborhood that is close to CSUB, shopping and great parks. The room is private and quiet with a brand new full-sized bed with new bedding, nightstand, dresser and closet. You will have a bathroom with double sinks to yourself & are expected to keep it clean.
Wi Fi & laundry privileges are included as well as all utilities.
Looking for a responsible, respectful person that is able to communicate in a professional manner. We do not allow any smoking whatsoever. If caught smoking inside, you will be asked to leave.
Rent is on a month-to-month basis.
We prefer a professional or student. No couples or pets allowed. Must be employed with at least 3 months proof of work history.
