Room in high-end penthousee

Room available in amazing penthouse with views over the Bay Bridge. In-unit washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, gym, recreation room, sauna, hot tub and delivery lockers. Huge balcony. Independent bathrooms and lots of space. My current roommate is moving to NY at the end of November. The room will be likely unfurnished, but maybe you can negotiate some of his stuff (like the King bed)

a pretty chill guy, travel a lot, love surfing, hiking, snowboarding and cycling, so I’m likely to be out on weekends. But I might also choose to read a book and stay in.

I keep the apartment in a constant state of cleanliness, so it will work out if you are of the same attitude :)
