Master bedroom in luxury apartment

Description

I have to move for a new job so looking for someone to take over my half of the apartment. Master bedroom with private bathroom and 2 closets. My roommate/really good friend does work from home days a week am till about 6 ish as a nail tech but when she’s not working she’s either in her room or not home so you’ll have the place to yourself most of the time. Her room is also on the other side of the apartment. She’s super clean, quiet, friendly, easy going, and has 1 chihuahua that you’ll rarely see. Building is called Nexen and is across the street from southwestern law school, also a brand new building. 5 min walk to target, lots of restaurants and popular coffee shops in walking distance, gas station less than a min away with a car wash (hard to find in la for some reason lol) and lots of areas to take your dog (if you have one) either right across the street from complex or a 5 min walk to 2 parks. Room comes furnished if you’d like (tv, queen bed, dresser, nightstand) or can be emptied up to you! Laundry in unit, trash valet, internet included, balcony with view of ktown/
Beverly Hills/hollywood hills (you can see the Griffith observatory), gym, pool, rooftop with downtown and Hollywood sign view, and a work lounge on the 1st floor of apartment complex if you work from home or a student and want more space to work/study. There is street parking but it fills up everyday around 6 pm.
