Female room share at the beach!

Hello, I am a straight female and have a small studio/room where I am seeking a straight female to share it with me.
I would like an unvaccinated person, as I am into natural medicine, as well.
Price includes everything: power, internet, & furnished. I do have a TV in the room, also.
This place has basic amenities with a bathroom to share that has shower/toilet/sink, and also a shared kitchen area which has a range/stove/microwave for light cooking. I have a small fridge in the room for you. There are lots of restaurants around here, as well.
The room is furnished with a single bed that opens to a queen as we choose, and a small set of drawers, & refrigerator.
It is a minimalist situation : ). Need someone who works out of the home or may travel with their work. I have business out of town myself, where I may sometimes come and go. We can work out any details.
It's peaceful here.
The place is on the beach, nature, can't beat the ocean breeze :).

$ deposit, $ rent 1st & last. The landlord may do a background check. I rented the place but am allowed to get a roommate. Income should be around + per month to afford this area.
There is one parking spot which we would have to share and work it out. Perhaps we could get a scooter in support of the situation here or something, whatever is best : ). There are many stores convenient nearby, as well.
