Renting master bedroom

Hello! I have a master bedroom for rent in Boynton for $ a month negotiable for right candidate. Room has high ceilings, private bathroom and private entrance accessible from the backyard/pool area. Great location! Only interested in renting to another woman. I'm a tattoo artist and single mom to a year old boy. We have a well behaved chocolate lab. Another single mom with a child close to my son's age is preferred but not required. My son does virtual school so we're home often. Friendly and well cared for pets are welcomed.
