Private bedroom & private bathroom

Description

Hi everyone, urgently looking for someone to take over my lease for a cozy private bedroom, attached private bathroom with tons of shelf and under sink space at apartments on Collwood Blvd (just off Montezuma.)
Move in date preferably around December th-July but could be negotiated for earlier or later! Please contact me or comment ASAP with inquiries. All applicants will need to apply to rent through the if interested.

There is a shared apartment balcony, and you will have two huge windows for a lot of natural light in your room. Rent is $ and utilities are included.
The apartment comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, drawers, couch, and a TV in the living room. If you would like your own TV, that’s no problem it can totally fit in this room! Also, tons of kitchen supplies so you wouldn’t have to bring anything extra :)

The complex also comes with some nice amenities: hr gym, hot tub, pool, club room, and a ton of spaces to study. It's less than a 5 minute drive from SDSU and free daily shuttle to SDSU every minutes.
