Renting out one room shared bathroom. $ for rent not including Pg n e or TID. I work fast food so my schedule always changes, I work afternoon/ nights. Walls are thin so just be cautious about slamming doors or making too much noise. Place is fully furnished. Dishes and silverware, kitchen table feel free to use whatever is in the kitchen. Room will not be furnished. No pets, already have a dog and cat. On laundry until. Parking both on street or in lot.
