Room for Rent. Private Bathroom.

Description

I'm looking for a roommate to rent the 2nd room and private bathroom in Buena Park. It is on the 2nd floor, no elevator. The apartment complex will run a credit check, so please have decent credit. Must have verifiable income, and co-signers are not permitted. Rent is $ + half the utilities (can range from $, but average in the $’s).
The room is small ( square feet) and oddly shaped, but you are welcome to use all the common spaces, including the workout equipment and tv/streaming services. There can be a small amount of space for furniture in the living room, and storage space in the garage. I am willing to work with you to get everything in, it just won't work if you have as much stuff/furniture as I do. ;) There is a dedicated parking spot, central a/c, and in-unit laundry. There is also a small balcony, covered with plants.
I am very friendly and accepting of 'weirdness'. I am auDHD, so I will be very understanding of fellow neurodivergents. I encourage people in whatever spiritual path they are on, but ask that you be tolerant of mine. (I may have parties, for Pagan holidays, up to 8 times a year.)
No smoking, no recreational drugs. I have a cat, so be advised for allergies. I also have asthma that is triggered by artificial chemicals, so I cannot tolerate air fresheners, colognes, perfume, etc, that have artificial fragrance. Natural components are acceptable, like essential oils.
I love nature, and would be happy to be your hiking/camping buddy.
I am accepting of vegans, but be advised that I will still be eating meat.
