Double/Single Room - Delray Beach

Hi!
We are from Brazil and we are classmates at Lynn University. We ended up moving in together, but I, Aline, for work reasons will have to leave the house we shared together and go to another area. As our contract ends in July, David needs a roomate.
Double/single room available from the end of October to July , with own bathroom and walk in closet, in a gated and renovated condominium in Delray Beach.
Vinyl flooring, with 3 different floors: one the garage, the other the bedroom on the main floor and a suite on the top floor.
The condominium, Villas D Este, has a swimming pool, gym and tennis court.
It is minutes from downtown Delray ( mi), where bars, shops and restaurants are located; minutes from Boca Raton; mi from I- minute drive).
Cleanliness and organization are always appreciated. We have a lot of appreciation for character, good manners and partnership when playing sports or even watching movies and going out.
