Welcome to your new waterfront home located directly on the Hillsboro canal! Everything you could want is within minutes whether fancy dining in Boca, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowes, Costco, the Boca mall, Post office, banks, Publix, the beach etc... And because the house is located less than a mile from city hall, we are also on the city power grid which means we almost never lose power during a storm!

The House: Measures about square feet and has baths, central AC and a 1 car garage, with a fully-fenced back yard. All windows have blinds and all rooms have ceiling fans. A new roof, attic insulation and AC unit have been installed in the past months to ensure worry-free living. There is a robot vacuum that cleans the floors regularly, along with a manual vacuum and steam mop.

The Room: Faces the street and measures approximately ' with a small closet, twin bed with mattress, a 3-speed ceiling fan, computer desk and dresser. The room has two windows with blinds to allow for plenty of natural light, and a shared bathroom right across the hallway. If requested, a special "smart-entry" door lock can be added to your room at no additional cost, so that only you can enter.

Shared Spaces: the living room boasts a L-Shaped recliner couch, surround sound and a " TV. The designer kitchen has been fully remodeled with ample space for cooking/baking. One parking spot in the driveway will be made available for you, and there is a separate refrigerator in the garage to store all of your groceries.

Location: The house is located off Hillsboro Blvd, very close to both I- and Dixie Highway, in a quiet cul-de-sac about 2 miles from the beach. For interested students, the house is about minutes from FAU.
